Thanks to A Cup of Jo, I am now addicted to listening to the true-crime podcast on Serial. If you like watching or reading crime novels like I do YOU WILL LIKE THIS.

It’s Baltimore, 1999. Hae Min Lee, a popular high-school senior, disappears after school one day. Six weeks later detectives arrest her classmate and ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed, for her murder. He says he’s innocent – though he can’t exactly remember what he was doing on that January afternoon. But someone can. A classmate at Woodlawn High School says she knows where Adnan was. The trouble is, she’s nowhere to be found.

This is a true story. What are your thoughts? Do you think Adnan is innocent or guilty? I keep teeter-tottering. All I know is this case is bizarre.

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween everyone, sorry for my lack of posts lately. I’ve been so busy and quite frankly didn’t feel I had anything exciting to post. What are you all dressing up as? A bunch of my girlfriends and I are dressing up as Droogs from A Clockwork Orange and wreaking havoc in DTLA. It should be loads of fun, muhahaha!

Oh, and if you are interested there will be a cool Day of the Dead festivity happening in east LA on November 1st! I had the pleasure of designing the poster for Eastside Luv’s annual Dia de Los Dead show. Come and check it out, it should be super cool!
